The particpants learn the capital budgeting of real assets and the NPV- and IRR-rules. Furthermore the students learn to decide when a real investment project has to be accept or reject. A case study will be mentioned, thus the students learn how to work with cash flows and the importance for invesment decision making. Asset pricing will be discussed in detail bond pricing and stock pricing. The students will be able to make portfolio decisions step by step.
